How many of us rush through each day without taking time for ourselves? It’s so easy to get pulled into more work and projects at home. After a while, you will begin to feel ragged around the edges. When we neglect our own needs it sets the stage for anger:

  1. lack of self-care
  2. feeling tired and resentful
  3. becoming angry
